Once your blankets are complete, there are just a few more steps to complete your donation:

1. Safety pin a completed donation card with each competed blanket. This can be done by downloading and printing the PDF document provided below. Card stock or thicker paper usually works best. For personal privacy, please only include your first given name on the donation card.

2. Deliver the cards and blankets to a “Hearts Tied Together” representative. This can be done by contacting us through e-mail (heartstiedtogether@gmail.com) to schedule a drop-off/pick-up location in your area. If you live in an area without a local “Hearts Tied Together” representative, we can provide you with a mailing address to ship the blankets, or assist you in finding contact information for your closest refugee association.

3. SHARE!!! We’d encourage you to document your participation and share your experiences through our Facebook page (“Hearts Tied Together”), on Instagram (#heartstiedtogether), or e-mail (heartstiedtogether@gmail.com). Pictures are appreciated. Don’t forget to pass on information about this service opportunity to all of your family and friends–together we can make a difference!
